  • Labor Day (college closed): Sept. 7
  • Professional Development Day (no classes): Nov. 10
  • Thanksgiving recess (college closed): Nov. 25-29
  • Fall graduation applications due: Dec. 1
  • Winter recess (no classes): Dec. 18-Jan. 8
  • College offices closed: Dec. 19-Jan. 3

Semester (16 weeks) | Aug. 24-Dec. 17

  • Tuition due: July 30
  • First day to purchase books: Aug. 10
  • Last day to add classes: Aug. 26
  • Last drop date for tuition refund: Aug. 28
  • Last day to withdraw (W grade): Dec. 4
  • Final exams: Dec. 12-17

Module 1 (first 8 weeks) | Aug. 24-Oct. 16

  • Tuition due: July 30
  • First day to purchase books: Aug. 10
  • Last day to add classes: Aug. 26
  • Last drop date for tuition refund: Aug. 28
  • Last day to withdraw (W grade): Oct. 2
  • Final exams (last two hours the class meets): Oct. 10-16

Short semester (12 weeks) | Sept. 21-Dec. 17

  • Tuition due: July 30
  • First day to purchase books: Aug. 10
  • Last day to add classes: Sep. 23
