Financial Aid Disbursement

The dollar amounts listed on your award letter are generally based on full-time enrollment. The amount of aid disbursed to your student account is based on your actual credit hour enrollment. With the exception of Federal Work-Study, financial aid processed by ÂÜÀòÉç Financial Aid will automatically be disbursed to your student account. The ÂÜÀòÉç Finance Department will deduct incurred costs (tuition, fees and other authorized charges such as books and supplies) from the financial aid that is credited to your account. Disbursement dates are determined by your class start dates. 

Please note: If you have short semester or mod classes, your disbursements may be delayed.

The first disbursements of each semester are:

  • Summer 2026: July 16, 2026
  • Fall 2026: Oct. 1, 2026
  • Spring 2027: Feb. 19, 2027

Each student's circumstances vary due to numerous factors, so financial aid refunds may not be disbursed on the same date. Please contact the financial aid office if you have any questions about refund disbursement dates.
