SPRINGFIELD — Lincoln Land Community College recent graduate Adalyn Blimling, of Murrayville, was recognized by the Illinois Community College Trustee Association (ICCTA) with the PSC/Gigi Campbell Student Trustee Excellence Award at the 2026 ICCTA Awards Banquet and Reception held June 5 in Lombard.
The PSC/Gigi Campbell Student Trustee Excellence Award recognizes outstanding leadership among Illinois community college student trustees. Established in 1997 by student trustees, the award includes a $1,000 stipend to support educational expenses. Blimling served as ÂÜÀòÉç’s student trustee during the 2025-2026 academic year.
During the awards banquet, ÂÜÀòÉç President Charlotte Warren, Ph.D., was honored with a Certificate of Merit for making significant contributions to the ICCTA, Illinois Community College system and to ÂÜÀòÉç. Warren is retiring from ÂÜÀòÉç on June 30 after 20 years of service to the institution.

- Brandon Price, ÂÜÀòÉç student, Paul Simon Essay Scholarship nominee
- Ryan Wilson, ÂÜÀòÉç graduate, Pacesetter Award nominee
- Patrick Pianezza, ÂÜÀòÉç alumni, Distinguished Alumnus Award nominee
- Mary Dellert, executive assistant to the president, Professional Board Staff Member Award nominee
