SPRINGFIELD — The Lincoln Land Community College Choir and Band invite the public to upcoming free concerts on Friday, Dec. 6 in A. Lincoln Commons on the ������-Springfield campus, 5250 Shepherd Rd.

The ������’s Choir, directed by Dr. See Tsai Chan, adjunct instructor of music, will present “Seasons of Life” at 1 p.m. The ������ Band will perform at 7 p.m. Selections will feature student soloists and include medleys from, “The Blues Brothers Revue,” “Duke Ellington in Concert,” “Alan Silvestri: A Night at the Movies” and “Music for a Darkened Theatre.” The band is directed by Jason Waddell, professor of music.

Both ������’s Band and Choir also have upcoming performances in the community. The ������ Band will perform Saturday, Nov. 2 at 1 p.m. in the Concordia Village Concert and ������’s Choir will perform Friday, Nov. 15, 7:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
